I have 2 other tumblers, set this up and was excited to get a 3rd working, it ran well for 7 days, but when I tried to start the 2nd stage it works for 2 minutes and then gives me error message (motor overheating). I contacted customer support 2 days ago and haven’t heard from them!

3-lb Vevor rock tumbler worked only the first 3-uses. Then suddenly stopped tumbling. Sounds as though the motor is attempting to run but nothing happens. Unit is only 4-weeks since delivery but is now past the free return with Amazon. Trying to contact Vevor is a complete waste of time. For anyone wanting to purchase a rock tumbler + PLEASE stay away from Vevor.

It tumbles rocks nice. It is easy to use. It is built sturdy. He likes that it comes with rocks to tumble.

Unit turns on, but does not stay running longer than 10 minutes. It was a Christmas gift, so not very happy that I bought and gave a crummy item.

Does not run for very long before an error occurs. Cannot put in many rocks. Very frustrating to use.

It worked fine for the first two weeks. Now, it throws a code: E 1 and stops. We reset it, started it again, went for a few hours and stopped again. We tried reading what could cause this. We are only loading 2 lb total in it and it still has issues.

Only one of the two drives work, turns at the same speed regardless of the setting and will only run for a couple of hours at a time.
