Bought to repair a dented door and rocker panel on my Scion. Bought the 240v version, amazing tool. ground my damaged areas to bare metal, followed the instructions, did a great job of pulling both dents out to minimize Bondo addition. Great equipment, really did the job.

You either get a good product that actually works the first time, or you don’t.. seems to have a higher ratio of garbage vs quality though….in my case, I got one, opened the box, and saw broken pieces scattered about, on top of a product already wrapped in plastic like it was good , and passed qc , still was sent out…. Was returned… second one I received, looked good, but didn’t work.. it lit up, beeped, made noise.. blah blah blah.. but didn’t work.. contact manufacturer, they said it’s the circuit board, and scr, and was “damaged during shipping “ and that I have to fix it myself after they send the new parts free of charge,…. Yeah. Well…. I didn’t pay for something to receive broken and have to replace parts myself immediately in hopes it might work… yeah.. returned for a replacement first time, returned for a refund second time… thinking customers might be better off by paying for this garbage with a credit card , instead of waiting 30 -40 days for a refund… just dont.. apparently selling products of poor quality, or entry level products that don’t work when you buy them… it was basically the worst purchase i made over the past few years.. customer service is responsive, and will tell you to fix it yourself.. just not worth the headache..lenco, shark, spitznagel, Gys.. are a little more expensive, but gaurenteed to work the first time with a 2 year warranty.. they vary from 900 to 1500$.. but we are talking American and European quality vs China sht, garbage or whatever term you want to use.. and not the “gys model “ by the Chinese company.. the Legit Gys company from France…

So it works but Jesus are the length of the leads annoying. I already pulled it off my cart twice cause the leads are too short. I got it expecting it to be better than the big bulky hand machines but it's equally as bad. If you're going around a corner you gotta have the room to pull a cart around, enough extension cord that's heavy gauge and still have issues cause even if it's 4 - 5 feet of lead, if you're work area is higher than the machine you lose length. Having an option for atleast the second gun to have like a 10ft lead would be great. I'm currently using it on a big rig cab pulling dents.

It's nicer than you think. I have several hours of use and have pulled lots of dents. I ordered the extra accessories kit and by the looks of things it'll be years before I need it.
