I am starting a bathtub refinishing business and needed a portable exhaust fan and system. The fumes from the paint are pretty bad and in a residential home I needed to move them out of the house fast. I needed a powerful unit and this 12' blower was perfect for the job. Also, I needed extension tubes to be able to move the fumes out of the house from long distances. It took a little research to find the best equipment and the best price. I was happy to find both quality and pricing with this company. To find the extension tube may find a little bit of work but the competition pricing was motivation to finally find it. For the most power and at the best price I recommend this unit for an exhaust system.

Didn't seem to move very much air at first, but once I tented the rooms where I was doing drywall with some plastic and opened an outside window, with the hose extending out a sliding door sealed w plastic sheeting it seemed to do a decent job of removing sanding dust and paint fumes. Only complaint thus far - it is LOUD!!! I mean, LOUD load. I tried one day using the fan without hearing protection - big mistake, my ears were ringing for hours after I shut off the fan. Now, whenever I use this fan I wear moldable er plugs.I have a sound pressure meter packed away someplace (still unpacking from a cross-country move) - if i find it and relocate this review, I'll post what the dBm sound pressure level is for my particular unit.

I have bought this Vevor fan for years and use it heavily on jobsites to funnel out dust from cutting countertops inside and outside homes. The issue is tis5th fan has now reversed the flow of the air. So, it blows out of a side of a tunnel without the lip to tie the Shute with. So, we duck taped it to make it work, but now we have noticed the other side sucks and blows outwards on the lip side! The outer parts blow out while the center area sucks in. This spreads the dust inside of a closed area all over. I do not understand how Vevor has ruined a perfectly well functioning design to this confused mechanical failure of a blower...

It was amazing and really cleared the room of dust in seconds! But suction was very strong for what we needed! It was moving things in the room! Great product though.

Installed under house with dehumidifier. Great for crawlspace when you need to move stale air out! Should last forever in these conditions. Also connected to smart plug to use as timer to allow air to be circulated periodically during drying process.
