Works as it should and was a huge hit. This was a Christmas gift and it did not disappoint. Everyone was excited to see it in action. It looks great and goos residential quality.

I was worried initially it might not be compatible with some bouncy balls I bought in bulk, but tested it twice and it works as seamlessly as any in the independent pharmacies I used to visit. It doesn't come with its own stand or balls, but the keys allow me to refill it. I'll eventually implement a mix of capsules and bouncy balls if I can do so safely so visitors will never know what might drop out of it. If nothing else it is a nice novelty for the home and I can see why stores use it. For $56 before tax I was surprised it worked so well and required zero assembly. Keep it up! I may buy more of these if I get a shop of my own or if I want to offer more variety of things to my apartment guests.

This was a Christmas gift to my nephew. We were surprised at the sturdy quality and even more so the size. Get plenty of gum balls, one bag for us didn’t cover the bottom.

The machine works well and is easy to use, and I was able to fit 310 1.1†capsules inside. The one lock at the top opens both the container for goodies and the vault for the quarters.Even though the box and packaging seemed new/unopened, the machine itself was super scratched/the blue part of the machine has a rippled texture that is very obvious. The clear part was fine, and the metal top is a bit scratchy/rough in parts, but I did appreciate that it was metal instead of plastic. Thankfully the handle/coin insertion area is not rough or sharp!Overall, I wish the machine came in new/more polished condition, but it functions as well as I could have hoped, and it fits more than I expected!

So i bought 1in diameter clear balls and wrote my TBR list to make this my random generator and may i just say it ws the best decision i made in a cery long time. I have SO much fun picking a new book to read because of this and since it doesnt play favoritism, it works like a charm. Build is simple enough to maintain if needed, love the color and the simplicity and it fits perfectly in my corner of a bookshelf. Love it love it love it.

I am unable to unlock and open the top. Didn't realize that this item wasn't eligible to be returned, otherwise I would have ordered it directly from VEVOR vs. amazon. Now I am out the money and have a gumball machine that I cant use. I cant even contact the seller for help. I highly recommend - you make sure you are able to return an item BEFORE purchasing, or at the very least see if there is "seller contact info".
