They light up blue which I guess attracts the insects. And it works like magic!! We don’t have any flies in our house while these are plugged in. We keep on plugged in in the kitchen right by the dog door, and since we started using these, I haven’t seen a single bug flying around! The design blends well with a white wall behind it so then it doesn’t really stick out or clash with other decor. It doesn’t make any noise that I am aware of and we have been using it for 6 months.

I've had indoor plants for years. I decided to keep some of my summer annuals going this winter, and hauled them in from the deck. This was a big mistake, because before long gnats had taken over the house. They have also set up shop in my older indoor plants that have never ever host gnats. They refuse to contribute to the household or pay rent. I have been trying to evict them for 2 months. Nothing has worked. Then I plugged this in, and was absolutely disgusted with the results after only a few days. It works amazingly, and I wish I would have gotten this right away. Worth every penny!

These traps have greatly reduced the number of gnats and fruit flies I see in my bathroom and around the water bowl of my cats.I'm not a huge fan of the price as there aren't many sticky pads that come in the package, but overall, in conjunction with spray and other sticky papers, they're helpful.

Doesn’t work for flies but it catches the small bugs for sure. A bit pricey too

I plugged this in two weeks ago, checked it at one week and it had captured just one tiny bug. The photo shows what it looked like yesterday.The sticky side is super sticky so bugs are easily caught and can't get away. The stickiness is such that you need to be sure to keep your fingers off the sticky side when installing the card. Plug the bug trap into an outlet and push to turn on the blue bug-attracting light. It can be in any outlet high or low to the ground--it works just as well either way. Put it somewhere out of reach of small children or pets and let it rid your space of flying insects--and maybe a few crawling ones as well.I highly recommend the Veyofly indoor bug traps. Easy to use and very effective.

Now... where are the little suckers coming from? This sure does a great job of catching/ killing them, but now i need some prevention... some way to break their cycle. This is one part of the process... very effective product.

The aggravating knats that fly around your sink is discusting! This little light catches bugs at night while you sleep. It’s just bright enough to draw them to it. Easy to set up, sticky and functional.

I had a gnat infestation in my plants. I tried everything and this finally worked. I was horrified that I trapped >20 gnats a day with these traps. Within a couple of weeks, my gnat problem was resolved. Buy this! You won’t be disappointed.
