I just realized it's been 2 years since I bought this for a 4-wheeler at deer camp, that's used pretty much all year.I've run hard and rough enough to nearly toss me and never had a rifle come loose. It's used for everything from bolt action, level and M4 (and AR variants) as well as tools, including trimmer with various attachments and misc. "stuff" and in all kinds of weather, including rain.Early on someone took it out in the middle of the night for a little fun and came back without the straps that help hold down whatever is in the racks. They worked great and were easy 1 handed use. However, while I liked having them, nothing has come loose as long as you secure it deep in the "teeth".These are kept on a 4 wheeler that's stored under a shed-like thing so it's never kept inside and protected completly from the weather. The rubber is dirty and kind of funky but still works great.The only thing I'd recommend is to check and retighten each one every now and then. These have been fine since about the 2nd check and slight tightening as it aged.I've actually been considering getting a set of the doubles but I'm not sure it would be necessary. Either way, I keep landing on getting these, vs another brand because of our great experience with this one.

I have to say this has got to be the best ATV/UTV/Jeep double gun holding device there is. It worked perfect on my Max IV 6x6 and holds 2 heavy guns with ease. Very well built and a very good buy for the money. The use a unique washer system that allows the long bolts to be used even when only short ones are needed, so it fits on almost any size of pipe or rail.Only thing bad I could possibly say about it is that the rubber straps (easy replaced) are not all that heavy duty. Ont he other hand, but if they were more heavy duty they would not stretch as far and might not fit as many different varieties of guns, so that may be why they need to be thinner.I would for sure recommend this to anyone and would buy again without hesitation.

They do the job like they should. They grip nicely and are easy to adjust directionally. However the bungees included are not the best. I lost one the first time out but found it. I've been using it for a week and one broke. Luckily they grip my bow pretty good without them so it's still a good product

My first one was delivered in a timely manner but was cast wrong from the factory.I couldn't install it .I ordered a new one on Warranty and It was delivered in Two days!I just installed it onm y quad to hold my bow for this year Elk season.Works great.Easy install with MANY mounting possibilities..Hope it holds up.Looks like it will.

They are easy to install and work great. You won’t go wrong putting these on your 4 wheeler they hold my guns very well and don’t move when going to my tree stand when riding thru the woods. You can use them for almost anything does not have to be just for your guns. I put my chairs in one of them and they held them with no problem.

Not nearly as universal fit as described. I have a Honda Foreman 500 and I have to purchase shorter bolts to get them to fit.Also the rubber straps are crappy to say the least. After 2 week-ends of hunting use one has already broken.

I've just received the product. The product is of very high quality and should last for a long time. While I have not yet used this particular unit. I had the same product for over three years now on my other quad. I have used the other units repeatedly for those 3+ years and they have been exposed to all king of weather. The V-grips have not changed a bit since day one. They never changed their elasticity, color, or any other feature. Even the rubber bands that hold the gun/bow is still functioning. Quite honestly, when I first bought the grips, I thought those rubber bands would be the weak link and that they would tear or dry out easily and that I would have to replace them in a short period of time. That never happened. The rubber bands (I don't think that is what they are technically called, but you know what I mean) are still perfectly intact and functioning even 3+ years later. When it was time to buy another set of v-grips for my other quad, it was very natural to me to order the same set /kind since quality was (to me) guaranteed.
