Smalls rolls, and the edges were frayed but they don’t let you do returns and would t give a refund when I asked.

I wish I could have returned these. NOT worth the money. Unfortunately my toddler got ahold of them. They are super thin and don’t even hold a twist when hanging in a decorative way. At most can be used for a flat tassel design.

These colorful crepe paper rolls are great to decorate during just about any event. The variety of colors make it ideal to mix and match and achieve your perfect look. The streamers are pretty strong and stay put and don't rip even when used outside while windy
