The Elefor Vibration Plate Exercise Machine is very heavy and well built. There is something small that I can hear rattling around when I tilt my machine. I'm hoping that it is just a loose piece of plastic and not something important. It doesn't seem to affect the functioning of the machine.A remote control is included that has a few more buttons than those available on the machine, such as what looks like a Pause button. The remote is plastic and a little flimsy. It also isn't very responsive even at close range, frequently requiring several button presses to work. It requires 2 AAA batteries that are not included. There are 3 pre-programmed buttons for walking, jogging and running modes that basically change the intensity and frequency of the vibration. A Quick speed (M) button basically does the same thing. What looks like a Pause button is actually a Stop button and causes the machine to coast to a slow stop but does not restart the machine.The vibration plate has very powerful side-to-side vibrations that I can feel all the way up my legs to my lower back just standing on it. Deep knee bends are definitely more challenging when standing on this machine. My wife also tried it and really like it. She said it would be a good way to get her circulation going in the mornings.Two resistance cords are included that clip onto metal swing arms on the bottom of the machine. These arms are not easy to move, and I had to use a large Phillips screwdriver to loosen them. The resistance cords are lightweight and do not offer much resistance but do help with maintaining balance.Suction cups on the bottom keep the machine from moving around on slick floors during use. They have strong suction and can make lifting the machine after use a bit of a challenge.The power switch is located on the back side under the vibration plate. It's a little hard to reach but prevents accidently hitting it while exercising. The biggest downside is the power cord is only 5 feet long, so an extension cord is needed to use the exercise machine in the center of a room. The machine is only 150 watts, so it doesn't draw much current, but it does require a grounded plug.The remote control is the weak point of this exercise machine. A better built and more responsive remote would make this a 5-star product.

I love this vibration plate!!!using it twice a day for 30-minute sessions leaves me feeling energized .
