Fantastic machines, so quiet and the best 10 minutes of exercise. Feel great afterwords. I build up the speed slowly. Have been using it daily for a month, started at speed 1 and now up to 55. Unfortunately I didn't measure or weigh myself at the start, but very noticeable change already and I'm feeling Fantastic. Highly recommend.

I had hit a weight loss plateau for a couple months. After using this machine 20 minutes per day for 1 week, I started losing weight again. The first time I used it, I was itching like crazy, but the itching significantly decreased my second use. You can feel it working! I can’t say enough great things about this device. More energy, better posture, pain relief, reduced swelling, I am so glad I made this purchase! Highly recommend.

I had watched this reel in fb about a vibrating plate for kids with autism. It’s supposed to help regulate them when over stimulated, so I bought this as a Xmas gift for our son.However, it’s not just a vibration, more of a wobble side to side which creates a pretty intense vibration. Scared him, so it didn’t work for what I bought it for.It does work though! Very intense, remote worked just fine. Pretty heavy. Suctions to the floor and plays blue tooth music.

I CANNOT say enough good things about this vibration plate! When I purchased this product I did not expect to have so many great benefits come along with it so soon. Before purchasing I read through the reviews and seen a few comments about this helping with cellulite. In my head I was thinking ‘yeah right!’. I’ve tried numerous products to get rid of my dimpled thighs and bottom only to be let down by the lack of results; HOWEVER! After only having this machine for 1 week, at least 60% of my cellulite is GONE!!! I use this for 10 min twice a day, THATS IT! Not only that, but I can really feel the difference this thing has had on circulation of my legs and feet. 4 years ago I had to have open heart surgery at the young age of 35, and ever since that surgery I always have swelling in my lower legs, ankles, and feet. Half the time the circulation issues were so bad that I felt like my feet were DEAD, no feeling whatsoever. After using this product my feet feel alive again, and my swelling has subsided quite a bit. I’ve only had this vibration plate for a couple weeks, so it’s still too soon to tell about any weight loss, but even if I don’t lose any weight I DONT CARE! The other benefits alone make it a great and worthwhile purchase.Instructions are easy to follow, even though you can tell it was transcribed from another language. The remote control is easy to use, and the workout bands come in handy for keeping me balanced. There’s only 1 issue that I had a problem with. In the Item description it says this holds up to 440lbs(I think that’s what it was), however, In the users manual it says the max weight is 120kg, which correlates to 264lbs if my math’s right..This does not affect me, as I’m well within those parameters, but it may affect someone else who is thinking about buying this, so just thought I’d mention it..One last thing-I was offered a 10$ gift card for a 5 star review but this has no bearing on everything that I have written about my experience with this product. This is my honest review, regardless if there’s any reward for it or not:)

So this thing is permanently parked in our living room floor because everyone in our house uses it daily! From lymphatic drainage to muscle/joint/ cartilage repair this thing is amazing! It actually is helping me lose weight and toning my body just with a different positions that you use while standing on it

DEFINITELY NOT THE VALUE FOR MONEY. i was very excited to purchase this. not only was the vibration super low no matter what level i put it to, it stopped working altogether like 2 months later. ended up just throwing it out because it was too late to return. very disappointing.
