It’s not bad, but I will say even the low setting is kinda hard, and the whole machine is too thin if you want to do core workouts, and you wanna lay across it you will turn it off or press every button with your stomach or your boobs,. I’m also not a huge fan of the little balls under your feet. They hurt, especially if you’re getting on with your knees to do a core workout. i’m going to keep it, but I will be looking for another one that is more wide.
