This was very very good, the feel is really smooth, and it’s not too thick. Noise level is really good, and it looks nice. Very light, which is good for metal drummers. Very cool 😎

First, Vic Firth 5As are my favorite drum sticks.Second, the sticks did not come taped together like another reviewer mentioned. No sticky residue.Lastly, they did not come in a big box like another reviewer mentioned. They came in a smaller, recyclable paper envelope.Everything was great!

I recently got into drums and needed some sticks that wouldn’t break the bank. These seemed perfect. I’ve never heard of the brand before but the reviews it had was enough to convince me to buy them. It usually goes for around $15 but I managed to get them while they were on sale for just $9.99.I’ve never used drumsticks before so I can’t compare these with others but I do like how they feel in my hand. They’re a good size and have a good weight to them. They seem well made as well, I don’t see them breaking anytime soon unless I throw it hard at a wall or something. I’ve been using them everyday for practice and they’re still in great condition. My wife isn’t too fond of all the noise that I make but we managed to compromise (I bought her a pair of noise reducing earplugs which seem to be doing the trick). Actually I eventually bought myself a pair as well..it helps me get into “the zone†so to speak.The only thing that I thought was weird is that it comes in a huge box! Like it’s not even the same size as the sticks. Who’s idea was it to do that?? Another downer that I want to mention is the tape. The drumsticks are held together by a strip out of the box but it’s SO hard to remove properly. You know how sometimes when you remove a sticker there’s that icky sticky residue leftover? That’s what you’ll get with these. It took me probably half an hour just to get it all off. It seems like I’m not the only person with the problem either as multiple people have mentioned the same thing on amazon.But I don’t regret buying them. They feel good in my hands and are a great weight. 9/10 would buy again :)

These are nice sticks, But for me the tip is too tiny (wood tip stick) Have not seen the nylon tip version yet...

I've always had VF sticks with black Vic Grip. Now I have a red pair to use at Christmas! VF sticks have always been high-quality--well-balanced and solid.

Just bought these sticks and slightly disappointed the rubber tips weren’t included.The product description isn’t clear as to what is included. The pictures of silicone tips inserted on the sticks & images of them packaged are somewhat misleading.Great sticks though.

These sticks are a huge upgrade for me. The grip doesn't let sticks to slip from my fingers. Although I am not a professional drummer but still I can tell the difference between the two!! Worth the price!!

Good quality. Bounce is great. Perfect size. The flag serves as a marker for where you should hold it. Looks good. 100% recommend it!
