The tree was packaged with great care. It arrived in 2 days from the day it was ordered. AND, it's gorgeous. I can not see a flaw in any part of it. The basket it resides in is also beautiful and sturdy.We are very pleased.

This plant was just as advertised, full foliage, nice colors. Overall it was a good investment, we are using it as part of a shaded patio tropical effect so I will see how it stands up to heat (up to 115 degrees F.) in the Summer. I am interested to see if it maintains it's great color through a couple of seasons. Right now, my Wife and I could'nt be happier with the purchase or delivery which was pretty impressive. Highly recommend.

I ordered this and was satisfied with the quality. It was very nice looking. It was, however, smaller than I envisioned and I was upset I had paid as much as I did for it. Next time, I will just hit the local garage sales and get a better bargain.

I like these a bit better than the puny, supposedly 6-foot tree I ordered, but they also have the teeny-tiny pots that wont stand up on my carpeting, and will have to be put into big planters and weighted with rocks. Will look better after I get them into the proper pots. I dont like that theres a layered look to how the branches lay, unlike the pic, but its no gigantic deal. I like that the variegated leaves wont show dust as much as one-color leaves. Thats what I hate about silk plants and trees and flowers. They get so dusty, and the sprays I have tried are worthless. But I am leery about live plants poisoning my cats if they chew on them, so I dont use live ones, and I don't have enough light to keep plants alive, so I use silk plants and trees. They add life to a room, even though silk. (I really need to search online for low-light cat-safe indoor plants, because live ones clean the air in a room.)Anyone know an easy way to clean the leaves of silk plants/trees without having to spend forever cleaning one leaf at a time?? I heard you could tape plastic, like a cut-into garbage bag, around the pots and set them out in a hard rain, but I havent worked up the guts to try that yet. Have any of you tried it, or hosed any off??? If so, how did they look after they dried?

Thought I would take a chance on this tree because it looked so good in the picture. It's so much nicer than anything I could find in local home stores. Real wool trunk and branches can be bent to whatever shape you need it to be.

It was shipped perfectly and I had such little fluffing to do upon taking it out of the packaging! I was originally looking at faux palms, but this ficus caught my eye and I am so happy! It is full and the height is just perfect!

We had an area that needed a little touch of green. It is an outside area, and we did not want to deal with changing plants to accommodate for the seasons. We purchased this product and we loved it. Looks very real, and well made. The only thing is that the base is very light so it will not stand against any wind, easily fixed by adding some rocks into it.
