Great sound! WOW buy this horn! It sounds GREAT. I went with the Viking even though I could not find many reviews or videos. The price seemed decent for an all METAL horn. I'm glad I did. This train horn sounds like the real thing. I am a little impatient so I direct plumbed it to my shop compressor and gave it a try.......HOLY SMOKES! It's LOUD. I tried it at only 120 PSI and it was impressive. I would rather have it in a black finish as I'm not sure how well the chrome will hold up to the elements but the finish is nice. Once again I was pleasantly surprised and SHOCKED at how loud and good this horn sounds.

I was very impressed by these horns from the moment I took them out of the box. They are heavy and not one of those small little lightweight train horns. I was very disappointed that the horns come with only a 1/4 inch solonoid. Horns of this caliber should come with a 1/2 inch solonoid for maximum loudness. I had to buy the 1/2 inch solonoid separately which wasn't a big deal another $70 for the whole kit but I still feel they should of came with the 1/2 inch solonoid. As far as loudness when I honk these horns in my truck I feel the truck shake. You do need at least a three gallon tank especially if you use a 1/2 inch solonoid like me because these horns consume A LOT of air. When I do a three second honk I drop from 200 psi to 160 and I have a three gallon tank. Overall these horns blew me away in performance but the quality of them for the price as well.

Bought these for my truck, before i installed them i tested them and found that only two of the four horns actually produced sound " the other two are just for show apparently " i emailed the manufacturer and they declined to do anything about it. The two horns are loud but not the four horn sound i was looking for.

These horns come with a very cheap and small 1/4 ID valve. I put a 3/8 hornblasters valve on it and it really wakes them up. They sound alot like a train and should last 2-3 years on these semi trucks. They trumpets need to be tightened up periodically as they tend to unscrew from the base. I will buy them again. I give them a 5 star rating based on the price to value. Sound is about a 3.5 star compared to real train horns.

Parts keep coming off. No matter what I do the trumpets (cone) keep coming off. This is the second set I've had. I used glue, silicone and tape. Still lost one of its trumpets.

These horns are not loud and not worth more than 50.00. They showed up with lose screws on one of the trumpets and the air valve wasn’t even attached. It was laying in the bottom of the box. I mounted the horns and ran them for about 3 weeks and one of the nuts that holds one of the trumpets it now missing and the whole assembly is over all poor quality and poor pitch. Sounds like something is dying When you honk them. Waste of money.
