Much brighter, cooler operating than halogen or incandescent lamps. I have these in a range hood and they makes seeing what I'm cooking much easier. They were hard to install but I rummaged in my junk drawer and found a suction cup with a handle and that made it easier. I have no idea where or why I got it but it was very helpful.
