First of all, this crib was very well packaged while still very compact. Lots of foam and cushioning materials. I didn't find a single scratch! The instructions were easy to find and attached to one of the headboards. I think what I liked most about this was that the tools required for assembly were all prepackaged and clearly labeled. The instructions were very easy to understand, but you have to rely on pictures to know where each screw/bolt must go. And this leads me to my only complaint. For instructions that rely so heavily on the picture (at least for me,) they made an error, showing that the wave on the sides of the crib were on the same side of the crib, instead of alternating. This threw me off and I ended up assembling the whole thing without it being completely flush, then had to reassemble based on online pictures. Other than that, the instructions were very simple and easy to understand. This crib is VERY heavy and I recommend assembling it with 2 people. I'm 31 weeks pregnant however, so this was a little harder for me. There are no extra pieces so make sure not to lose any! Once assembled, this product is VERY sturdy and I love that the mattress level can be adjusted to so many different heights. It's a bit of a hassle though, so make sure when you put it together that it's the height you want it. This crib is absolutely gorgeous, sturdy, and of exceptional quality for the price. Definitely recommend!

I love this crib but was a little confused on how to eventually change it to a toddler bed so would love help on that other than that it looks like pictures and very sturdy

Love that it is closer to the ground than other beds... I am short and have to use a step stool to get my child out of other baby beds! With this bed I can just walk up to the side, reach in and pick up my baby easily!Quality, solid pine, construction and very easy to put together!

The crib hasn't come yet but it will be here today. For everyone who says it's missing a piece, it's not. I've included a screenshot. I'll also add pictures later when it's all put together.

Update (7/12/17):Nearly two years after getting this crib, we moved. When reassembling the crib, I broke one of the side pieces. Not a big deal - I still had the manual, so that had the contact info for ordering replacement parts. I called and explained my situation, as well as let Daniel, the gentlemen I spoke with, know that I was not expecting a piece to be sent free of charge, as the damage was my fault and not a product defect. He sent me an email with a list of information that I would need to provide, including model number and part letter, as well as the manufacturer date and code off of the sticker on the crib. Ok, except there is no sticker on the crib giving that info. Daniel said it is located by the warning sticker.....except there's just a second warning sticker by the first warning sticker, on my crib. He gave two other places it would be - on the registration card and the shipping box. Ok, except I filled out the registration card and sent it in (apparently they can't access that info, so why did I send it in?!?) and it's been two years, so I don't have the shipping box. Without that info, Daniel informed me that they couldn't verify compatibility of the new part with the crib I have. I said I understand that, but would like to get the part anyway, to exhaust all options, before having to order a new crib. Nope, they won't do it. So, because THEY screwed up and didn't put a sticker with the manufacture info on my crib, and because I was attempting to be responsible and sent in the registration card, and because I threw out the shipping box like a normal person would do, I am unable to get ANY replacement parts for the crib. Honestly, I love the bed, but I will not be ordering the anything from this company again, because this level of customer service is abismal. I'm so disappointed.BEWARE, if you decide to purchase this, because you may not be able to get replacement parts if you need them!!!!Original review:I spent WEEKS looking at cribs, going back and forth about which one looked best, which one had better reviews, which one would look better converted to a bigger bed, blah blah blah. I'd make a decision, and then every time I would come back to this one and second guess myself. So....I pulled the plug and ordered the Dream on Me Violet crib in White. I. Love. It. It came packaged beautifully - wrapping around each individual piece, with no dents, dings, scratches, or anything. I was too antsy to wait for my husband to come home and put it together (as was the original plan), and even though I am TERRIBLE at putting together furniture, this was EASY!! Granted, it's a crib, so the pieces are large and awkward, but I had no problem whatsoever getting it put together on my own. And it is gorgeous.

I received my crib a couple of days ago. Everything came as described. I read that a lot of people had trouble with there orders. In my case everything was perfect. No dents scratches or broken parts. It took me 45minutes to assemble. I love the design and the quality.

Beautiful and easy to put together - although the instructions weren't completely clear. It looks great in the nursery, and I especially like that it's not a boring square shape. The only strange thing was that the hardware is gold - you can see it where parts are joined.
