I bought a 11/16 which is a 4 and a size 5. The size 5 doesn’t fit my middle finger because it swells. So I would have to go with a 6 to be on the safe side.

I have a venom series hammer and my plugs were 3 seasons old and definitely needed to be replaced. I used digital calipers to measure the diameter of the finger hole to ensure a snug fit. The sizes were a perfect fit for the diameter of the hole. This is the first set of plugs I have installed myself so I'm not sure if you have to trim the length on all of them, but I did. These were a bit too long for the depth of hole that was drilled. It was an easy enough job to trim but I didn't notice a length in the description. Once I trimmed the plug to length I lost the alternate grip side so I would definitely keep that in mind for the next set. I'm still happy with the plugs I shot my first series with them this week 214, 212, 198.

If you have never tried these semi grips, you will be greatly surprised at how good they feel. I love them in my bowling balls. They are worth a try. I love them.
