We originally had a shorter one and also like it. The dog likes the longer length. Easy to clean, great quality.

I have owned many, many dog leashes for large and small dogs over the years. I use this leash from my 75 lbs. pit bull and it is the greatest. I really like that is has a rubberized coating that makes it durable, not subject to knotting and easy to wipe off when it's wet outside. I also appreciate that has some give when my boy gets a little high spirited. Finally, it lays flat when I coil it up making it easy to hang up and looking tidy. It was well worth the price. Two thumbs way up.

I have used this daily for about 3 weeks. It does what it is supposed to do and have decided that a long lead is safer than a retractable leash for training and allowing a bit more freedom while still having my 85-pound fun loving young dog. As expected, you need to be aware of where the leash is on the ground if allowing it to drag so you don't step on it, or constantly gather it-let it out but it has been great for training. As it has no traffic handle, I find that using a good quality harness allows me to control my dog by the harness backstrap if needed. Cleans well. Bright color so other dog owners can clearly see my dog is on a leash and they are more apt to leash theirs and not let their dog run up to mine.

I like that this does not hold water because I sometimes take my dogs to a muddy pond. I also like that it doesn’t hold cactus stickers and desert landscape flora like traditional nylon leashes do when they are being dragged. So far it is holding up nicely, although it does not get daily use. The color has faded which is not a big deal. I have not seen any deterioration in integrity yet. Really can’t beat the price point. I have use this on dogs ranging from 50 to 70 pounds, none of them super strong constant pullers but it has experienced occasional tension.

My curious, energetic dog loves to be able to have some extra slack to explore during a walk. The leash is sturdy with her pulling. The bright orange is great for evening visibility

It is waterproof, which is great living in a snowy country. The color makes it easy to spot when a pup is trying to sneak away. Only thing is that II wish I knew in advance that it is a heavy leash I only have a 24-pound dog.I am pleased with it.I would recommend it, just make sure you know it is on the heavy side.

Use this leash with our dog on the beach. Strong even though my dog grabs and tugs at it sometimes. Super easy to clean off the sand that gets on it. Orange color leash is easy to spot from a distance.

It shows up in the dark which is good when walking my dog, and when it drags on the wet ground it stays dry, it's strong, my dog is large and pulls!, and its a great length, as he can't go off lead.

One year on, we are still using this lead. It has lasted well & is great for taking our dog to the beach/park. She can run around, but we can still keep tabs on her. The lead is easy to clean. My only frustration is the clip. It worked fine for the first 9 months or so, but now seizes up and is extremely hard to open. The lead is still great, but we're going to have to replace the clip.
