It works great in my 30 x 30 kpi pond. It does it all no Slimy mess just turn the handle, backwashes and has a uv light very important here in arizona. It was a little difficult putting the hoses on but in the end we got them on. We also put hose clamps over the hosesVery happy with my purchase

Can someone tell me how to make it work I connect it and everything and still no water coming out or going in but the light does come on any suggestions

The UV light died within the first week of set up. Couldn't return immediately as i had to travel immediately after installation. Filter worked for fishes until i returned. Pond is clear but there is a smell so i ordered another to replace it. I hope the uv works on this one.

It filters great, but I did not notice it did not come with a pump. It does say that but not very well

The filter itself is working great. I did have an extremely dirty 300 tank and within a week it was looking clear. I knew I was going to have to clean the unit quicker than recommended because of how bad the algae bloom I had. Unfortunately when opening it, one of the clip connectors snapped.That is the only reason for the lower rating because it did its job. Other 3 clips still keep cover secure so for now I'm keeping it.
