This thing is awful to put together. Screws don't fit well. I literally have 2 blisters on my hand from trying to get this thing together. Some of the screws are stripped on the head - it's an allen wrench type screw - they are ruined. There is a piece on the inside of part "C" that is shoved so far up part "C" that I can't screw it to part "D" - I"m waiting on customer service to help me figure out how to shimmy that piece down so I can screw it in. The board is also damaged in 4 places - I'm sure that is a result of shipping, but I can't be the only person complaining of this so why isn't it protected better? This isn't my first white board, but it's the first damaged one and certainly the first piece of 'furniture' to ever give me blisters. I took photos of the damage and screws that I can't even get in all the way. I hope to upload them later. I finally got this thing put together. It's horrible. They will have to send me new screws to replace the stripped ones. It is lop-sided, unsafe, rickety this way. I'm so upset to have purchased this piece of junk for $265. It's not worth $40.

UPDATE:I contacted Viz-Pro through their website on a Sunday afternoon and someone contacted me Monday morning asking for my order number so they could send a replacement part. Tuesday I received a FedEx tracking number letting me know that my part would be delivered Friday and it's here! I'm very pleased with Customer Service and their responsiveness to their customers. The board is beautiful and huge! I will update with pictures. Thanks again!------------------------------------------------------------------------I bought this whiteboard a month ago. Upon assembly, I discovered that one of our locking wheels is broken, which is a bit disappointing. The board itself is beautiful. I don't think my energetic daughter would be able to use it because it's not 100% stable with the broken wheel. I wish that I could find a replacement locking wheel or I'd bump this up to a 5.
