I ordered this player to install in my Karaoke / DJ travel equipment rack. I know that most KJs no longer play discs, but this player had other features that I could use such as dual inputs from audio sources. That and the addition of two more mike inputs looked very promising. Well the first player that was sent was not able to play discs as the tray was broken in the inside of the player. I called Amazon and a replacement was sent. On the second player the disc tray would stick when the disc was loaded requiring a tap to get the tray to retract inside the player. When the CD+G disc was playing, the video signal would drop out for as long as 15 to 20 seconds. This happened with both CD-R and new CD+G karaoke discs. At no time would the Video signal not stop regardless of which type of disc was being played.I was really disappointed as there are several features this player has that I really wanted to use.The biggest issue is that I completely re set my traveling equipment case and then had to do the same thing again. Now I will have to tear the case down and install another player. this is not a simple thing to do. In any case be warned, if two units of the same product are not functional from the start, it would be unwise to count on a third one lasting. My other impression is that the CD tray that this unit uses is very flimsy. It looks as though the slightest bump would break it. I have other older players that ae not Rack Mountable such as a JVC three tray unit that I have been using at home for over fifteen years. This player is not even close to being comparable to the JVC.

Just received the unit today and it works great. I put in a CD+G cd and it was very easy to navigate the menu and the sync on the lyrics was as close as I've ever encountered when I'm out doing karaoke at clubs. I also tried out a thumb drive with MP3+Gs on it and the navigation worked just as well with the thumb drive as the CD. I'll be using this for home use and the occasional party at my local bar.

Works well enough, the DVD player seems dirty, the lyrics are sometimes spotty and I can hear cracking and hissing occasionally, ive cleaned the player, but it didn’t help. It arrived with the dvd door broken off, but I was able to attach it, so I didn’t contact customer service, but wishing I would have. It works great for the microphones though, and Ive found YouTube better anyway.

Buyer beware Has no HDMI. They don’t make these anymore..Not an updated machine very old , I have gotten 5 older machines and they were good. This one has no HDMI which I need….The return has been a nightmare

I have had two Vocopro machines in the past 15 years. I ordered this model to replace my last one. The first one arrived with the disc tray broken and rattling around inside. The replacement arrived quickly but when I put a disc in the window said "No Disc" so I could not play it. The third replacement also arrived quickly but (like the first one) the dic tray was broken and rattling around inside. I will return it for a refund.

Bought this item to replace the same item purchased a few years previous that had stopped working. Unit arrive through Amazon within one week but was broken. Not just a little broken but totally broken with pieces of the DVD tray loose inside the unit. Sent it back and received a new on within one week. On this second unit the power cord did not work but was able to use the power cord from my original unit and it works OK. The quality of this item is not as good as advertised. The service from Amazon is excellent.

Total falta de respeto. Pedà uno, llegó en tiempo y forma, pero desde que lo abrà el aparato se escuchaba como si por dentro tuviera piezas sueltas. Y sÃ: la bandeja de discos estaba suelta, conectamos el aparato y no sucedió nada. No quise seguir, lo desconecté y lo devolvi. Lo pedà nuevamente, su precio era más bajo. De nuevo llegó en tiempo y forma, pero la gran sorpresa es que me enviaron ¡el mismo aparato!, igualmente con la bandeja de discos zafada y, ahora, al conectarlo y explorarlo más, vimos que ni la pequeña pantalla ni los botones funcionaban y, obviamente, ni discos ni usb se reproducÃan. El control remoto también venÃa con partes dañadas. Una total decepción.Parece que este es el unico aparato que les queda y lo siguen vendiendo y lo siguen entregando a quien se deja. Total falta de respeto.
