I bought these for smoking meats as I have just got into it. They are very easy to clean being stainless steel (with barkeepers friend). I mostly use it for a serving platter and they look great. The thickness is enough to insulate the food for small trips, and can hold a good amount. I can easily fit two whole sliced briskets in here. Would not recommend for water pans in your smoker because it’ll take you an hour to clean off the residue, just get disposable foil pans.

I used these to dye yarn, I heated them right on the stovetop. They're nice and deep and easy to clean.

It’s a good full-size hotel pan with nice rounded edges so I don’t worry about cuts and such. I bought it for home use so I’m not looking for it to stand up to the rigors of a professional kitchen but I will say it feels a good bit thinner than the ones I used at my last job. Not flimsy just not particularly sturdy. I wish they had specified the gauge of the steel. Overall decent pans for the price and, if not buying in bulk, cheaper than buying from restaurant suppliers.
