Just received this Volador long board today and am very impressed by it. I've a collection of Sector 9s which are great boards but about four times the price of this Volador; I'll be putting those up for sale now... At 46" in length, it is a bona fide 'long board'. Rode it at dusk in a freshly-minted parking lot and had a blast. Smooth, fast, and lots of fun. The flex profile of a board is of most importance to me in a long board; it's crucial to have flex for a smooth, responsive ride. I weigh in at approximately 174 lbs. and this deck has the perfect amount of flex. The trucks look decent and the reverse king-pin is a nice feature. Very much like the wheels which feel medium-soft in terms of hardness, contributing to a smooth ride. At sixty clams with free shipping for Prime members, it's a steal. [I live in Hawai'i and it would cost at least sixty bucks to ship this thing via UPS or Priority Mail]. I recommend this board for anyone under 200 lbs. looking for a quality long board at a great value. ~ Mahalo nui loa.Post-script [12/24]:So I just ordered another one of these. Same great board but they seem to have over-looked that a quarter-inch riser serves an important purpose in vibration dampening. Without a thin layer of rubber or plastic, all the road grind is being transferred up to the rider and rattling nuts loose.I'll install them on my board but will need to buy longer hardware as the bolts are short on this set-up.For future consideration, 85mm or 90mm wheels would be fantastic on these 46" decks.Narrower profile and a taller wheel provides better roll and endless glide for those of us who can gyrate a longboard for miles.

This is a large heavy board. It is made for dancing not cruising. That being said it is a fine board. The wheels are ok but change the bearings immediately. Pretty good at carving for it's size. The center part is smooth which is good for dancing but I put some grip tape for myself.

The shape was really ugly to me at first. It was the awesome design obviously that drew me in and then it being 46â€. That meant steady acceleration with much less speed wobble, and that’s exactly what happened when I road it. I was a bit ,â€uhmmmm†about the length at first just because I like to have max maneuverability in case if I need it, and I always do! But I took it down a little slice of heaven of a hill around my home, I’d say a short short black diamond with a bit of blue. The run has a near 90 degree left turn at the middle of it, then straight to a fast drop right afterwards, WITH a sewer crossing right before you hit your peak speed of the run. The board did really well on the turn surprisingly, despite its length, and its a pretty short turn. I’m surprised actually at what this board can provide. You never know sometimes with these things, it’s like the ugly duckling!! Lolalmao2

I am a beginner, and an older, heavier guy. I originally got a drop through board, but decided I wanted something symmetrical with kick tails so I could work on some tricks.At $60 the price can't be beat, and the finish, grip, deck, trucks and wheels are simply beautiful!Upon receiving the board I noticed that the trucks actually have alternative screw holes in order to shorten the wheelbase by about an inch. I decided to take advantage of this feature right off the bat since the board is already very long and shortening seemed like a good idea. You will need an allen key and adjustable wrench (and a little patience) to do this.I also tightened the trucks slightly.The stock wheels are 70mm but i eventually swapped them out for the 69mm wheels that were on my drop-through board and I like the difference enough that i am keeping them on there. You will definitely need to look out for wheel bite with the stock 70mm wheels, but the 69mm practically eliminate that problem.The contact area on the wheels also discolor quite a bit, but that's sort of to be expected.

I thought it was great to find a beginner dancing board with a cute design. I saw so many of the reviews claiming it's such a smooth ride, I was disappointed. It was not smooth, I could feel every bump and it's noisy compared to the Magneto dancing board. Straight out of the box, everything works fine but there were such noticeable rattling and squeaking noises. Tool wasn't provided. I was contemplating if I should return it or switch out some parts. It's okay for the price but needs some work.Edit: At first I thought it was the wheels and bearings so I replaced those which made my riding so smooth and fast. But still made noise. Then I greased the trucks and voila silent! The deck is pretty and I like the placement of the grip tape. But giving 3 stars for having to replace parts. Overall, if you're not nitpick-y like me, this is a fine board to start on. Others I know had no problem with it.

Reasonable price for a dancing longboard. However, the shipment caused some scratches. There was no foam or filler inside the box when the seller packed the product. One of the wheels is not working well. I returned this product
