I use Zeroll dishers. There was a good deal on them when I got them and they’ve held up well, so I never got anything else.I’d seen these long-handled deals and thought, “Huh. I guess that could be good, maybe,†but I have always done fine and loved quickly with what I have. Plus those king handles would be a pain to store.But my black disher was stolen and I couldn’t quickly find a zeroll replacement so I got this.These long handles are FANTASTIC!! I had no idea what I was missing. It’s easier and faster and I’m going to replace all the ones I have.I am sold on Vollrath long handles!!!I didn’t check the stars on sturdiness because I’ve only been using it a week. It seems like it’ll hold up, but I’ll have to see.Sue to the nature of these things, none are easy to clean. But these aren’t worse than others. :)
