Surprisingly nice, comfortable and sturdy for the price. Assembly is pretty standard for this type of item. We had a piece missing when it arrived and the customer support was excellent.

Arrived in 2 large boxes. Assembled in roughly 3 hours, lots of parts and assembly pieces. Easy enough to put together that I did it myself with no additional tools needed. Pretty couch, very cute. Lightweight but appears durable. Very versatile - can attach all seats together so it is one unit/sectional, or can leave as individual seats. Appears as described. I added my own pillows for decor. The only downside is it’s a tad small - picture for reference with medium sized Labrador laying next to couch. Great couch, especially for the price!

We love the looks of this on our patio. It is so nice for the price and fairly easy to put together. It’s pretty comfortable but you’ll definitely want to get 2 sided tape for the cushions so they stay on. I do wish they came with something like that.

I give this set of furniture a 5 star review!! It is a bit difficult to put together in places but it honestly is such a nice set that will last so long who cares. I mean for the price this set can not be beat. I had an issue with my set and I contacted the supplier and they quicky jumped into action to take care of any concerns I had. I would highly recommend this seller and also this product. They did an outstanding job.

For the price, this is not a bad deal on the surface. Be aware of a couple of things:1. There is no disclosure that the furniture comes in three (3) separate boxes. We received one (1) box with just a table, and then the rest of the furniture two days later.2. The directions are not very clear and they leave you making educated guesses as to which piece should face which direction. The individual parts are also not labeled, either on the packaging or the parts themselves.3. It's helpful that the parts include an allen wrench and a very small crescent wrench, but do yourself a favor and have both a long and short 10MM socket wrench handy because the crescent wrench that's included is not quality and it's a long frustrating afternoon trying to tighten everything. *You need the long one because the bolts are long, but you need the short one because the long one won't fit in some of the tight spaces...4. ...And your long frustrating afternoon continues on a few occasions with an awkward reach into the nether regions of the furniture where you can barely see what you're trying to tighten.5. This is not the sturdiest furniture and it's not heavy, so we have questions about how long it's going to last.6. Buy a waterproof cover since the cushions are not waterproof.7. It's actually a decent size and you can move the furniture around very easily (partly because it's SO light).We had a budget so this will fit the bill for now. We did get very quick responses to an inquiry to customer service when we got just one box, and that clarified that it's three boxes, but common to other reviews on this site is that you don't know which box you will get, and you only get one tracking number rather than the three you need.One other thing: The adorable photo of the guy playing the guitar for his daughter is obviously photoshopped because the cushions aren't affected by either of them sitting.

It's a decent outdoor sectional set. I love how I can rearrange the configuration easily. Fairly comfortable and I like the additional accent pillows. However, the pillows slide easily unless you have them set on a blanket. Shipping was pricey.

Arrived over three days in three boxes. Read this is standard from other reviewers but was still a bit anxious when the second box delivered by UPS on Friday and nothing by Monday. Checked order on Amazon and UPS tracking and both stated all had been delivered. Emailed seller thru Amazon and they promptly got back to me that the third box was on the way and they were only allowed to post one tracking number on Amazon and that only covered the first two boxes. They gave me a tracking number for the third box and it arrived the next day.Assembly would be MUCH easier it the parts were labeled like with many other items I've had to assemble over the years from furniture to grills. A simple sticker of A,B,C, etc. attached to the parts would have eliminated some consternation during assembly.Otherwise, pleased with the looks, the quality and the prompt customer service. Now to see how it holds up over time.Additional review:After 2 months, washed covers before applying stain/water resistant spray and two covers fell apart. Contacted thru Amazon and customer service got back immediately, asked which covers needed replacement and they were here inside of a week. Also asked about purchasing an additional cushion abd was told they would send one free of charge as an apology. Not only did they send the free cushion but they also sent a center chair and coffee table as an additional apology even tho I never asked for that. Nice to know that at least one company knows what "customer service" means and went well above what was expected!
