This faucet elevated the look of our whole bathroom! It is perfect. We have received so many compliments on it. Easy to install and a beautiful addition. Makes any basic sink look classy. The black matte finish cleans easily too.

This faucet came packaged nicely. The quality of the finish was good. We ordered the antique bronze. The assembly instructions are straight forward. I had to open the hole in my desk to insert the threaded mounting fitting. Using a hole saw for this it was fairly easy as my deck is wood. The water connection hoses are good quality and easily marked red/blue for hot/cold water. The only negative issue I have with this faucet is with the poor design in how the hoses connect to the faucet. The hoses need to be inserted about 3/4†into the base of the faucet tower. When threading the hoses in it’s impossible to get a wrench on the hex because they are inside the tower. I saw a question posted by another customer regarding this. The seller says you don’t need to wrench them in. Well when it comes to water leaks I’m not comfortable with finger tight. In fact you can’t even get your fingers into the tower far enough to tighten. I used needle nose pliers to snug them in. After turning on the shutoff valves, I was happy to have no leaks. The water fall feature is unique and effective. You may need to turn the shutoff valves closed some if you get any splashing. Just common sense. Aside from that the faucet looks and functions beautifully and the price is great. I would have rated a 5 star on the “ease of install†if the water lines were easier to install. Overall I am very happy with my purchase hopefully it continues to functions as nice as it looks.

Faucet looks great and many say the water flow is poor it seems perfect to me. I have not noticed a huge drop in my water flow.

Buyer beware! This faucet began to show signs of rust in just 1 1/2 years later. I attempted to contact the seller as well as the manufacturer because they list that the item has a five year warranty. I posted a question in the QNA section in hopes that the seller would respond to my question but months later, not a word from them. I tried to search for the manufacturer Voton by googling them on the Internet, but found nothing. After exhausting all my efforts, I contacted Amazon customer service and told them about my warranty issue. All they could tell me was that the company was in China and there was no contact information not even an email. I then complained to them about why they would allow the seller to continue selling their products on Amazon. I later discovered that by going back and looking at previous reviews that other buyers had similar complaints about this seller. Not only was I out the purchase price of the this faucet but I had to hire a plumber to install a totally different faucet from a seller from the United States. People do your due diligence and buy products from reputable companies, who have contact information specifically in the United States.

Product was kind of bigger than I thought but seemed really great at first. Only had it for 2 months and there’s some paint chips already but otherwise it’s pretty nice and doesn’t look super cheap.

Love this faucet. Good quality, nice matte finish, and the water comes out in a nice fountain. We saw other reviews that it is really loud/noisy but haven’t noticed this with ours, seems normal.The faucet is a bit big for our size sink/vanity so just check the sizing before you buy it
