The delivery was quick, and the packaging was good. The installation was easy, and I didn't need to hire a plumber. The instructions were clear, and everything required for installation was included, along with an adapter for plumbing if needed. I purchased three faucets, and they look fantastic. I love the way the water flows from them. These faucets are available in both short and tall versions; I opted for the short one.

Easy Install, clear directions. Looks great. Love the water flow and pop up drain. Had to change pvc underneath as not a pull drain stop anymore, but easy trip to Home Depot and good to go.

several clear plastic baggies inside the box have been opened AND emptied. i already see only one small black o ring loose in the box..a matching one is missing and two adapters. i will try to find a matching one in my o ring assortment. i dont know what all else is missing from all those other opened baggies, wow. this thing was sold as new, but it is at least a returned item. it is FAR larger than i had thought; maybe thats why it was returned by the other person? it seems more like a kitchen fawcet than a small to medium size bathroom fawcet. it is surprizingly large..wow. if i cannot find a o ring i will have to return this. no other ratings cause its not hooked up yet. i finally installed it. i found a fitting o ring and i did not need the two adapters that were missing. the squared off spigot sits pass the sink drain, on regular size sink like mine. its strong beautiful VERY tall as well. if your sink is not a really large bowl this thing will reach way out into your normal sized wash bowl, like when looking down from above it sticks out past the drain hole. unlike most bathroom sink spigots. I marked a line across the spigot 2" from the end and used a 4 1/2" high speed cut off wheel to cut that 2" piece of the water spigot off. It looks great now, i also made the cut at a slight angle inward, but even without that angle no water however slight the flow drips back toward the base. I used a fine file to trim the few burrs off. The spigot and handle are now the same length and it looks great, plus it now does not extend way out into the sink, like it did before i cut it back. The chrome does not crack, peel or shatter when cutting it and that chrome cuts easily with no heat discolorization.

They look great work good ordered two for bathroom one was leaking up inside the main body had to send it back the new replacement was here the next day. The return was very smooth. The pop..-up drain stoppers do not hold water. other than that look very nice and work good.

Easy to install and tightens up very simple. The chrome workmanship is beautiful, the water stream is wide yet gentle, and it is easy to adjust the temperature. I bought 3 of these for 4 of my bathroom sinks. Two work excellent in two of the bathrooms. A third faucet failed to function fully with maximum water flow rather than a trickle. That third faucet definitely saved water! The pop-up stopper for all 3 were tricky to adjust just right to function correctly. You have to turn and adjust the popup which is not explained in the product documentation. The water flow was maximum from my water supply lines feeding this faucet. The supply hoses with the screen washers permitted maximum water flow. There must be a restrictor or pinched inside assembly in the cartridge in the housing. You need special tools to disassemble. It was much cheaper to buy a similar modern design from another manufacturer that actually provided maximum full function water flow and adjustment. Disappointing that out of 3 only 2 worked as described in the advertisement. It is disappointing that the original price on Amazon for the faucet was 59.95 although that was in December 2023, and now it is being sold for $26 cheaper today 7/3/2024. That price difference and the failure of one of the 3 faucets is very disappointing.

I installed 2 of these faucets 3 years ago. I love the look, however they have always been noisy. After 3 years one of the faucets has significant wear of the finish and a restricted hot water flow. Since I don’t want to replace both faucets, I ordered another one to replace bad one. The info on the newer faucet says noise and finish peeling issue has been improved. We shall see. I would not have bought this again if it didn’t match the one still in good shape.
