It's my favorite rosin because it's not too heavy but mostly stays on the bow. It's not in a tin anymore. It's in a box, which I prefer. The tin was hard to open.

As rosins go into categories: this one is very good. It is alcohol soluble and none too dusty. I'm a novice but it makes for a noteworthy performance. Got earplugs?

Yes it may be sticky but, it will not break or flake apart like the Piastro. According to professionals The more sticky the bow the easier to get a strong sound and saves you time by not having to use most of your bow. The advantage of having a better rosin like this is that it grips onto the strings and no messy residue. Also this rosin does have very fine particles so give that irritating sound that the cheaper rosin makes. I would definitely endorse this violin.

When I received my package I opened it up and the rosin was broken in little pieces I was not happy

Es una resina de muy buena calidad, les recomiendo más esta en cajita que la que viene en lata porque luego no se puede abrir
