Recently I purchased through Amazon one of their shop rolls of a different grit. It has performed so well that I specifically chose them when I needed other grits.

That's a great thing. I bought a multi grit pack and found I was using the coarsest grit strip 10x the others, so I figured I'd get this as a stand alone roll. I had no idea how big of a roll this was. It will last me years! I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. Great value!!

I used to buy this style of sandpaper in the multi roll packs with five different grits. I would always run out of the 150 grit and have a surplus of the finer grits which I almost never use. This product is the same as what you get in the multi roll assortments except that there is 50 yards of sand paper on this roll instead of the 20 feet that you get in the multi packs. It costs about the same as the multi roll packs too. When I run out of the finer grits I have on hand, I will be replacing those grits with this product.

I already had 5 different rolls of the VSM abrasives in their E-Z Pull dispensers, and had built a rack using 1" square tubing to fit in the square hole in the dispenser. I ordered the 400 grit to complete my assortment, but it came in a totally different style of packaging that wouldn't fit. I returned it with an explanation & reordered, but the replacement was the same, so I returned it for a refund.

What more can i say, i stocked up on a few different grits of these, and they have been a super handy addition to my machine shop. Great for general sanding, and lathe work.Premium quality for a great price.
