Product arrived bent. Thin easily bent aluminum filter that works fine in intended location. Inappropriately shipped in soft bubble wrap packaging allowed filter to become bent in shipment. At least should be shipped with a hard cardboard insert or in a box.

These are thin aluminum filters that fit under a fan. They are not thick, so you think the manufacturer will put them in a box or something to survive shipping. NOPE! They came in a plastic bag, and Amazon shipped it in one of their bags. So they came bent and damaged. I don't blame the Amazon delivery drivers. Shipping is messy and high volume. It is the manufacture that didn't use their brain.After some bending, it did work. Once of the piece is ripped on the edge. See photo
