Compared to the original part, this one has an updated design. It flexes more at the tabs so if you force it off, it's less likely to break.But the design still has a real flaw. The release tabs that would let you gently take off the grille (for vacuuming) require you to reach underneath. But that's where the floor is. So I'll be forcing this grille off every 6 months until it too breaks.

Factory product and factory packaged. Replaces the original perfectly. Problem is both old and new have cheap plastic clips which break easily if you try to install or remove the product without lying on the floor to be certain of what you do.
