I had a problem with my Cabrio washer getting unbalanced loads on every load no matter how the clothes were distributed or how small the load was. It even had unbalanced problems during washer cleaning cycles with nothing in the tub except bleach. The only causes listed for this issue is an object caught between the inner tub and outer tub which was not the problem in my case, or the suspension rods needed to be replaced.I doubted such a simple fix could actually be the the problem so I bought the least expensive kit I could find. I am still surprised that a rod replacement kit resolved all of the issues. It was simple to install and even though this brand was very inexpensive, it seems as well made as the original Cabrio rods and springs from the factory. I suspect the original springs were getting weak since the tub was hanging very low compared to what it did when the washer was new even with no water in the tub. There was a large gap at the top of the tub that wasn't there when it was new. The tub is now back to it's original height and now the unbalanced issue is gone. I don't know how long these parts will last but so far it's doing great after washing over a dozen loads.

The first couple washes were good, but within a couple weeks the washer was rattling worse than ever. Buy OEM parts from a different retailer. These parts are garbage.

We order this as generic for out machine and when the parts came they were another that the one we needed we had to dismantle them and used all the parts and use the old longer wire from the original machine

Stopped my washing machine from dancing across the floor. Exactly what I needed. They even threw in an extra set of top bracket and cup.

The washing machine kept getting off balanced while going through the spin cycle. After installing these, if didn't get off balanced anymore.
