I’ve been wanting to get a small steam jet clearer for awhile. When I saw this I was eager to see if it would fit my needs.Opening the box you’ll find all the cleaning accessories as well as a cup and funnel for filling. Also included are a few spare gaskets for the top of the tank. The device and accessories seem well made. I bought it for cleaning grout and possibly removing wallpaper.This brings up the first consideration. The size. It only hold up to 250ml, so it’s not going be great for large projects. It might work if you’re cleaning or steaming one section at a time. Keep in mind that this is not an industrial steamer so keep the duty cycle in mind. Distilled water is recommended to avoid mineral buildup in the unit. They do include instructions for cleaning/descaling the unit. I recommend doing it after each project.The device is easy to operate. Keep in mind that there is a safety catch on the trigger. It doesn’t work great as I was just pushing on the trigger and getting steam. Keep this in mind whenever it’s plugged in. Once I noticed the safety it was much easier to operate. The cord is a decent length, and the hose is just long enough. You will have to carry the unit or place it on a stable surface and keep it upright when it’s plugged in. The steam output is decent considering its size. Fun fact. When not putting out steam the steam can condense resulting in hot water jetting out until the steam clears the hose. This happens in all steamers. The unit is light enough to not be burdensome.I’ve only done a small section of grout so far but the results are great. If you need a smallish shaker for the occasional project l, this will do nicely. For the money you are getting a known name brand that works great for smallish projects. It’s a good value in its size class.

1st steamer lasted 6 months. Got that one refunded and they send me a second one that one lasted 3 months. I only used the second one just a handful of times. Save your money get another brand

I bought this streamer with high hopes, I even bought one for my mom. When the steamers arrived I was very excited to test it out. I followed the directions word for word. I added distilled water and waited until the machine indicated that it was ready and shortly after I started steaming the machine indicated it wasn't at temperature anymore. It repeated this no matter what I did. It didn't get very hot either, I was able to put my hand in front of it and I shouldn't be able to do that without it burning. I even contacted the company and had new ones sent and had the same problem. They would not allow for me to return it because of how long this process took, so I got stuck with it. I was not happy with it at all.

The thing is either on, or it's off. Slightly dangerous. I'd recommend one with a trigger or switch for being able to stop the incredibly hot stream of steam.

This steamer is really cute, and it really works.I like it because it cleans and sterilizes without soaps, detergents, or chemicals - clean and hygienic surfaces with no fumes, no watering eyes, no allergy flair-ups...Each of the attachments works well. I ran it through its paces on an old aluminum cookie sheet that had been used for daily baking in a restaurant. It had some seriously burned-in, varnish-like, grease in the corners and sides that has defied every cleanser I've ever tried on it. This little steam cleaner and the brass bristle brush attachment got most of it off with just two tanks of distilled water [some of the baked-on crud dissolved within seconds and some of it (the old stuff} flaked off with a little patience]. The nylon bristle brushes worked just as well.The steam pressure is very powerful, very focused, and very hot. I found that the extension hose makes this steam cleaner much easier and more maneuverable to use. The water reservoir cap also serves as a swivel knob which makes aiming and controlling it easier. The reservoir knob can only be removed when there is no steam pressure - that is a very good safety feature, it prevents scalded fingers. The brass threads, however, will still be warm so a little caution is very sensible.This is a name-brand product at a fair price. I think it is a good value, plus there's no soaps, cleansers, detergents, or chemicals to buy, so that represents additional money saved over time. I am delighted with this steam cleaner.

This steam cleaner is very well built and comes with great accessories. Wagner products are always well built. The steam from the nozzle is very hot. Very easy to use; basically fill it with filtered water, let it heat up and release the steam. Using the many different attachments it is able to clean shower doors and windows, clean tile grout, get into seams and tight places.I used it on many hard to clean spots (as shown in the photos) but saw very little results. I may be expecting too much but I found that it didn't really clean any better than scrubbing. I suppose if someone wanted to clean and disinfect without chemicals it would do the trick. In my photos I show the shower door before using the steamer and after without much difference. Last time to clean these shower doors I had to take them off and scrub them with borax. I also show a shower drain and the tiles around it after using the the steamer to clean out those dirty grout lines and nothing effected it. The last image is the hard water stains around the faucet that remained even after leaving the steam on this area for 30-40 sec. Everything was very hot but still would not loosen or remove the build up. I was really hoping this would do it. The product is good and well built but the effectiveness on tough cleaning is questionable.
