We’re learning to groom Dasher an Ausie Doodle Mimi ourselves. YouTube is our trainer. Our neighbor gave us his clippers with a number 10 blade and some combs. He wanted to groom their dog but gave up, so his clippers were passed on to us. We tried the plastic combs but weren’t totally satisfied so I ordered this 5F 6mm blade. It worked way better than the comb. It slides through the coat way better, and the length is perfect.

Worked fantastic on my Wahl trimmer I use on my Airedale. I personally like his saddle just a little longer and keep #10 for face, belly, and rear. But this 5F worked like a charm. Saves me hundreds of dollars in grooming and from taking my overly hyper young dog who is afraid of strange noises to a public groomer too. Seller was quick to ship too!

Does okay, but doesn't cut very smooth in comparison to other brands...got this for preshaves and sadly disappointed. -pro groomer

Wouldn’t even cut through hair at all and then my buttercut 5 blade went through like butter. This blade was dull out the box and I’m upset I didn’t return it soon enough. Never buying blades on Amazon again.

I purchased this blade in order to use something else besides the number 10 which is only 2 mm long that came with my KM five. I’m very happy with the quality of this blade, and the 6 mm length is perfect for my Yorkies. Not too short to where he can see the skin but long enough so that they still have a little bit of hair after the haircut.

My cat is not fun of brushing, as a result his fur was all over the place and I was not able to control it. With this blade I have managed to do his grooming myself and it looks great even for the 1st time user, my sweetheart is not hot and looks very nice. It leaves a good lenght of hair, cut is very smooth. Great solution, I am very happy with my purchase also because it is quiet and does not scare my cat with its noice.

The clipper blade presented no problem in cutting the hair on my dogs. The dogs where shampooed and brushed prior to cutting. The length of cut was as I expected, just the right length not to sort, a good length for terriers coat. There where no lines in the finish cut. I think that if the dogs coat is matted then a standard blade used first would be better, the finish with an F blade.

Bought it as it fits my moser clipper and cheaper than the orig. blades for it ,but not just as right as the original heads - I mean it goes on the clipper, but not as smoothly as the original parts. Cuts nice yet, though haven't used it much so far. Hopefully will stay sharp later on as well.
