There is no ordering a larger size. I have terminal cancer and severe pain in my back. Tried item, no way this fits an normal sized man. No offense intended.

I really like this product and I’m going to use it to look better in clothes as well as hopefully waisttrain a bit. I’m a guy, 122 lbs and 5’11†and I went with an XLarge. It comes with an extender, you can really choose how tight you want it. Of course we all want to be thin but don’t buy a size smaller because 1) you have the flexibility to adjust the fit and if it’s too small, 2) all that weight had to go somewhere so you end up with a very high muffin top which could appear as really low hanging Man Bosums. Be realistic about what it’s going to do for you and it can’t replace a healthy diet and exercise plan. I also recommend stepping into it as opposed to trying to put it on in place. Makes it a lot easier for the tighter fit settings.

Early last year I had lipo 360 and then in December I had an extended tummy tuck. After lipo I was wearing a traditional faja that went legs to shoulders. Not very practical for an active lifestyle. For the past year I had been wanting to try alternatives but was scared I would rise my results. After Tummy tuck however my doctor said that as a male a waist wrap may be more comfortable and practical so purchased a bunch of the ones similar from what I got right after surgery from my doctor. Though effect, they were thick and hot and pulled on my body hair. Have tried several alternatives but returned them all. I am so happy to have found these!!! I got 1 white and 4 black! They are breathable and the boning help keep my posture and the structure. I did do two orders in both medium and large to start as sizing can always vary. The large were correct, especially as they came with an extending piece as well and easily returned all the mediums. I am a 44R suit size so use that as your guide for measurements. Would have helped me.

Its made our of quality material however its running small so whatever size you need buy a size or two bigger

i have tried several mens slimming products. none worked. the belts, the one piece tutus...nothing. was skeptical about this when i ordered...it was the last one i was gonna try, well it litereally is the las one because its the only one that worked.i ordered the medium because people were saying that the size chart is wrong. i could have gotten a large and it would have worked but im glad i got the medium because when i lose this lil pouch i have it will fit perfectly but for right now its holding my pouch in and im looking slim. great product!!!!

These had not one bit of truth when compared with their functionality and how they are listed as a product. They are loose and have no hold on them. This product is an absolute fraud.This is a terrible product... DO NOT WASTE your money on this item.

I have a 50 inch stomach just above a 2X shirt size (I ordered for a 2X size) and this item was 3 or 4 inches away from fitting me. Otherwise well built with an extender and lot of hooks.
