Fits together nicely. Snap features that hold fabric do come off hard, but doesn’t hold fabric drum tight; seem to be adjusting a lot. Will still use for bigger projects and find something to use the will resist against the plastic and allow snaps to hold fabric tighter🤷ðŸ¼â€â™€ï¸

Got this to finish a project for my daughter when I couldn't find the right pieces to my existing frames to make it the right size. This is built a little differently than the ones I had, but works the same and worked well. I personally never had luck with rings or wooden frames. I've always used these sorts of frames for my cross stitching.

Converting to these embroidery frames has been a revelation! So much better than hoops. The fabric can actually be snug. Yes, the bits the hold the fabric on can be hard to take off, but that's kind of the point - to keep the fabric taut.

I usually only purchase Q-Snap branded frames because I’d heard horror stories about off-brand frames, but figured for such a cheaper price I’d give them a chance. I thought that even if the clamps were loose (which was most of the complaints I saw) I could use one of the normal tricks to tighten the tension. Somehow even these don’t work! The clamps somehow are simultaneously incredibly difficult to actually get off the frame, and so loose they won’t hold any tension on the fabric. I tried heating the clamps in boiling water then strapping them onto the arms of the frame with rubber bands to re-shape them - didn’t change a thing. I also tried putting slips of felt under the clamps to make them tighter - still didn’t work! And the couplers aren’t even securely set into the arms so they constantly fall apart. The part that gets me the most angry, however, is that I contacted nineone about a return and they completely ignored me. Didn’t even email back saying they wouldn’t do it.I’d highly recommend just eating the monetary difference and buying a reliable Q-Snap. With embroidery frames, you really do pay for quality.

I am working on a 20 x 24 piece and it was difficult to hold fabric tight and still make neat stitches. This really made a big difference. It doesn't work as well near the edge, but otherwise I love it!

I use it for cross stitch and it works amazing My only complaint is it is much smaller than I thought it would be. it absolutely works and is strong and holds your fabric in place but when I go to reorder I will be your purchasing one a few sizes bigger so that I don't have to rotate my fabric every time I move positions

When I went to use this item there were only three clip on bars instead of four, each post is supposed to have one. I got 4 posts and only 3 clip on bars

This clip frame works well and will hold fabric tightly for cross-stitch. It cannot be used interchangeably with Q-frame, so if one plans to use it with a Q-frame to make a custom-size, this will not work. It is a bit tighter than a q-frame.
