They fit like stock. That's the only good thing about them. Now the bad. They are much thinner than stock GM gaskets, and the construction is a metal backing plate with some sort of paper like material to provide the seal. Problem is, the paper doesn't withstand the heat of the exhaust.I have been chasing an oxygen sensor related check engine light for a while. On this truck, there are two post catalytic converter sensors. One in front of the flange that this gasket is supposed to seal, and one behind. Looking at the live data stream from the ECU, comparing the two sensors, the one in front was normal, and the signal from the one behind was flat. Flange gasket failed and had a significant exhaust leak. Replaced it once with this walker gasket. Leak gone, data stream normal. Checked the next day, flat again, same exhaust leak. Thought maybe bad luck, replaced it. Same problem. Looked at the gasket, and it was burnt up in most places, with just the perforated metal backing plate intact. Ok, maybe the sealing surfaces aren't perfect. Cleaned them up, scraped all of the buildup, sanded down smooth. New Walker gasket. Leak gone, data stream normal. 24 hours later, same leak is back, gasket burnt up.Here's a good solution. If you're buying this, it's only good as a stencil. Buy the Remflex GA16511 sheet here on Amazon, trace this gasket, use a utility knife, drill the 3 holes, and in 15 mins, you'll have a gasket that's better than stock. This is what I did, and the leak has been gone for good.

It fits for sure, but flanges must be cleaned of all of old gasket or a sealant will be needed.
