Pipe worked fine with match to 41723 male end adapter,and welds up to pipe alright. Watch out for suggested hardware kit 317w ( reading package top to bottom it says -replaces 335129) its bolts are 9/16 ,but this 41726,and matched 41723 flange holes are just under 7/32 -which is of course smaller than hardware kit's 9/16 bolts. I had to machine two flats on each bolt ,add washers to the nuts, and change springs. The extra hardware kit was purchased to save time ,but it made more work. Improvement on listing id, od and matched fastener kits is needed for many of these reducers and adapters. Without searching through customer reviews you are often left with inaccurate or incomplete size specs on many of these exhaust adapters,converters,reducer pipes,hardware and etc.

Not the right size. The inlet on what I received was not 3", it's 2.5" with a 2.5" outlet (that part was at least correct).

I really really like the quality of these. They’re very solidly made, and I wouldn’t hesitate to put this again on any vehicle. The only thing that really surprised me was returns for this aren’t free and in fact the return fee was almost 20% of the actual purchase price. Even though I’m a prime member. I was actually really shocked by that and I must admit it will make me hesitate a little bit before purchasing again. The quality can’t be beat, but I’m not sure I can give a full five stars like I wanted to because of that

the pipe and flange itself are good, but i had to grind down the flared out end near the flange because it was too long.
