Used to replace my failed front flex coupling on a 2006 Gen2. Measured and cut original pipe on car, mig tacked this in place, removed entire assembly and finished welding off car, replaced with new gaskets, 4 hours total and about fifty bucks. Quite again is nice.

Good quality steel. No discoloration showing after a few hours run hot. Im sure it will hold up for some time on my 2006 Toyota Sienna 3.3 L front wheel drive van. I cut the old weld bead flange off the front section of oem pipe it Flex joint and cut the back side of Y pipe about 1/ 8th inch into the taper just before it flattens out. ( OEM Y is a double wall pipe). Mocked up the dry fit . then tack weld, take back off and then metal caulked it with the Miller TIG 220 machine.
