Forget the welder! Worked great with a couple of connectors and U-bolt exhaust clamps. You'll need to do some cutting but a sawzall or hack saw will do the job. Car runs quieter than it has in a long time. Way better price than any local auto parts store. Over all with this and all of the other components I saved over $100 from what the muffler shop wanted to charge.

This is a direct bolt-on fit to the "y" pipe. But, if your connecting to the original GM tail pipe than there is an issue. The original GM resonator rear outlet in on the right side, while to Walker outlet is dead center. So, I'll have to heat and bent the tail pipe to align with the Walker resonator correctly.
