Wine rack, came in a single box with clear instructions for assembly. All of the pre-drilled holes line up and the hardware was there and was relatively easy to put together. Quality product, fit my closet perfectly according to the dimensions listed. I was done putting it together in an hour. A very sturdy, good-looking rack. I would certainly recommend this item and Wine Racks America! Lots of compliments from friends!

All the tools needed to install one rack is included and simple. If your intentions are a more customizable layout with multiple racks, you may needed a saw like I did. Make sure you measure and aligned each rack. The product comes with the holes pre-drilled. I paid about $900 for the racks and under $300 for the base mount wall setup. These jobs normally cost $5000 to $7000 if done by a professional contractor. You can save a tone with this product and it have a nice curve and flat wall base on each rack.

Bottom line up front: If you are slightly handy, get these. If you're not handy, have a handy friend around. If no handy friends, well, this isn't for you. Docked 1 star for difficulty of installation.I bought 2 of these from Amazon warehouse, so not sure if they were supposed to come with instructions, but neither of mine had them. Came in perfect condition with all hardware though.I added some photos of the build process, since I was prepared for a tricky job. You will need a level, stud finder, heavy duty drywall toggle anchors for the side NOT going into a stud, drill, and measuring tape.I didn't feel comfortable using all six racks, so I went with five. I like the end result. The spacing of my rails was 7" apart, starting 4" from the bottom. Getting the bottom screw in is easy, but use care when drilling the top screw of the individual racks. When securing the individual racks, I ensured each of the wood rails were aligned vertically, and also ensured spacing at the top and bottom we're the same (8.5" for me). Re-Check this after each metal rack.Installing the completed racks to the wall was easy, except I used my own 2.5" drywall screws (longer & ticker than the 2" screws that come in the box). Ensure each rail individually is level vertically! Install one screw. Then check that each rail is level horizontally. Then another screw, and check again. This is a 3 dimensional product - it takes some effort to install.End result is great!Any questions - leave a comment. :)

Cheap, arrived damaged in multiple places, missing hardware, homes in the box. Do not waste your money on this.

Just love our wine racks. Very attractive and well made. We ordered two. One set was not properly packaged in bubble rap and had two small spots of damage. Rather return and wait for a replacement, we are going to use a stain marker to touch up.

The holes didn't line up to have a straight ladder and the metal was so flimsy, we were afraid to bend it. Also, the wood on one side appears to have a satin finish and other side has a gloss finish.Thankfully we hung it in a corner spot where is more for function than form. Disappointed but it works.

This wall mounted wine rack looks great in my newly added wine room. We have them on both sides of the room and they look stunning.
