I was hesitant to purchase due to the negative reviews BUT this is the ONLY thing that worked! I used fabric softener and water mix plus this scorer and down it came after trying every trick in the book!! The trick is to NOT press so hard and when you think you've scored enough.... score it more. I did 4 rooms and mine is still in one piece and I've passed it to a friend to use.

If you have the unfortunate chore of removing wallpaper, this humble little tool is a spectacular gamechanger. We started off with one of those wallpaper steamers, which was supposed to make stripping wallpaper a breeze. It was more like a dead calm. Utterly useless. So, after watching several videos on wallpaper removal I decided to give this very inexpensive gadget a try. Instantly better. It scores the wall paper just deep enough to allow your removal solution (I used vinegar and water). It does not score deep enough to mark your walls. Just the perfect depth. It lets the paper soak faster and helps the adhesive dissolve quicker. It saved us so much time and frustration. I absolutely recommend this tool. And if you are working with a partner, order two. They are ridiculously affordable.
