Absolutely love these sconces! I decided to keep them turned upside down to reduce the dust that gets inside. I’m glad I did because they look so much better. The quality of the sconces was great for the price. They weren’t too small but light enough for easy installation.

I installed new ceiling fans with light kits in a couple of bedrooms. However, my new ceiling fans w/ lights are controlled by a remote control, which seems great, until you realize that people tend to use remotes and leave them in random places with no rhyme or reason as to where. When it's dark, the problem gets even worse, since, without the remote, you can't turn on the light to look for the remote. I decided I needed a light I could easily mount and be controlled by a wall switch. This wall sconce seemed to fulfill all my needs. I was able to mount this wall sconce just above my existing wall switch and by mounting it a few feet higher than the switch, I was able to easily tie into the existing wiring and fish it up to the wall sconce without having to get into the attic. Now I will have a fixed light source that I can always turn on regardless of where the remote is. This is a beautiful wall sconce and It can be mounted right side up or upside down, so it has good flexibility. It also has a frosted and clear "globe" so the light blubs are obscured from view and the light gets diffused around the room. Reasonably priced with very good build quality. Very elegant and good quality. We got the clear glass and they are quite beautiful. Easy to install and could be hung either direction.

These sconces are very stylish and I’m very impressed with the quality for the price. They were incredibly easy to install and I’m just a math teacher! Although, I did grow up with a DIY dad so I do have some background knowledge which was helpful but I don’t think it’s required. I love the double layered glass because I put smart bulbs in them and those aren’t really decorative by design. So it’s nice that they’re “hidden†in a stylish way. The fixture itself is matte black. Works exactly like it should.
