My 5 year old likes this coat very much. It's not too puffy and he can still easily play in it. It is a little big on him but he will grow into it so I'm not going to size down. I am concerned about it getting dirty fast given the light gray color but it's beautiful now . The zipper is smooth and easy to use.

Look no further! If youre like me and keeps reading reviews, can't choose and second guessing your choice then take my advice, Choose this one. The quality is amazing! I didn't get paid for this review or discount.Just my honest opinion. Next year I'm definitely buying my other son this jacket in his favorite color. I love this green! The orange inside is so soft! The fur is great. It's heavy and durable my son is 13 and 5'1/ 97lbsI got him size 14/16

My son is 7yrs 50lbs 4'3. I sized up got it a 8 this coat will be great for the next two years maybe 3 yrs depending on how much he will grow. Super warm. Cant beat that price. Better made than alot of brand name coats and warmer. Cant believe its so warm. Warm enough to wear alone in these NYC temps. will buy again.
