works great! I made doner last week and it was really good. I'm glad I chose a gas model because it gets really hot when you turn it up, which is necessary in the beginning

I bought this to make Chicken shawarma (pollo al trompo), Doner kebabs, and tacos al pastor. I've used it twice so far and it's been great. Flame/burn is intense in high, but also controllable. So far, I've made chicken shawarma and Doner kebabs and the cooking was stellar. A crowd favorite.
