I serve clamshell open and put food in both sides. The product is light weight and becomes flimsy when full. That said, I know how to move or carry one without issue.

These was such a convenient for my moms 80th birthday party , it was just a pick up and go with the guest the salads and fruit and dessert was such an easy flow and they are very sturdy

Im using them for dessert. I read a few reviews about them not closing, i have not had an issue, a thank you sticker or tape would work just fine, if they did pop open. They are a bit on the thinner side, but work perfectly for my dessert portions.
