These lights came with small hanging hooks attached. I clipped each hook easily over my curtain rod (I have a double rod, skinny poles, this wouldn't work on thicker ones), the hooks swivel so hanging them is easy. After hanging the main line on the curtain rod, I un curled each string individually. Most I could put my finger in and pull it down and the strand would unravel without tangling. I let them hang naturally and their own weight finish straightening them out. The remote is very convenient. I use the timer and dimmer options but I haven't tried the other settings. The lights add enough light, through my blackout curtains even, so my room isn't completely dark. There is no brick with the USB plug, but I have plenty and don't mind that. Overall, setup was easy, took about ten minutes to do alone, and I've been pleased with the quality and features so far.

I bought the white lights for my daughter’s room. I can’t tell you how much the photo does not do these lights justice, and really reinvents her room into something amazing. I love that they are controlled with a remote and it has a timer on it with several timing options. I hung 2 sets to lesson the gaps between the strings and both set of lights work off the same remote. I have nothing negative to say about these lights. The ONLY thing is with the 2 sets, the strings can get mildly tangled together, but easy to untangle from each other. The strings are made of a thin medal. I’ll be ordering more of these lights. They would be perfect to hang for Xmas decorations on my sliding glass door and windows.

I needed to replace my old Christmas lights on my tree and got the brilliant idea of using curtain lights, thinking it would cut my tree wrapping by a mile. 3 hours later and it was finally done. And in case you're wondering, I was not lighting the tree at Rockefeller center. This was so tedious and I'm already dreading taking them off. The good news is with just 4 strands my tree can probably be seen from space.Things to know:The strands don't come with plugs. You'll need a plug with usb port. Also, they cannot connect to each other so you'll need an outlet for each strand. The cords are very long so this wasn't an issue.I thought the remotes did not work. Removing the batteries and cleaning them off did nothing. It was only after some time that I realized the sensor for the remote is in the base of the cord. Only pointing the remote at the plug for them for them to work and I had to be close.The lights are very pretty and can be adjusted in multiple ways, my favorite being a timer. They are super bright, but can be dimmed.These lights are great, just don't use them to light your tree, unless you really like working too hard for simple tasks

I bought two strands to hang in my door and I love the look it brings. It's a great way to bring some light in the room in the evening without using overhead lights.The dimming feature is nice. The settings seem random between the strands. The flashing will go from slow to fast but on one strand it'll be three pulses of slow, three pulses of fast while the other will do two pulses of each. You also can't sync them, they inevitably fall out of sync after a few seconds. But my favorite setting is just the solid lights so they work very well for that purpose and a great price.They are delicate when removing, they hang on a sort of thin wire but are spooled up pretty smoothly. I had to untangle the end of most and then was able to just slowly unspool the strand down my fingers.The hooks are tiny, I had planned on hanging them from my curtain rod but was able to just hang them from the curtain eyelets instead.If accuracy or flashy effects matter, look for a more expensive one. If you're just after some nice solid ambiance lighting/Christmas decor then these are perfect!

They are pretty and even come with hooks to hang them but they get tangled up with each other so easily it's not even worth the frustration of putting them up

This is genuinely the best curtain light set to get because it comes with the sticky hooks to hang the lights on. I had an LED strip around my room that I recently took down but I still wanted some sort of soft lighting for my room so i got these. My wall is exactly 9 feet across so it fit perfectly and was super super easy to put up highly highly recommend for the price.
