I really need to contact the seller and it seems they are in Malaysia? I am a property manager and we had dogs destroy a cushion but I can't find a contact in the US for this company. Can someone at Waroom please reach out???

I love the color and quality of the couch. Please don’t be scared off by other reviews regarding the difficulty of assembly. I am a 44 year old woman, with no prior knowledge of assembly or tools, and was able to assemble the whole thing by myself in a matter of a few hours. I was super intimidated to start but once I did, I realized the instructions (which are pictures) are pretty straightforward. I didn’t watch any videos to assemble this. It’s somewhat tedious work, as expected, but I personally did not find it difficult or confusing. Also, I received all of the necessary hardware to complete this project and did not need any extra tools besides the ones provided. The couch is very comfortable and provides lumbar pillows for optimum back support. I would definitely recommend it to anybody on the fence about it.
