This is a very well-made wrap. Unlike the others, I have seen online, this has an extra pocket where you can add a disposable pad, if needed. It also has a waterproof backing. The thick layers of absorbent material have not leaked, so far. I use this wrap at night, for longer periods. I use the disposables during the day. My dog has complete incontinence, so the only way he can pee, is in a reclined position. He goes through a lot of wraps, each day. The only negative is that due to its thick absorbent layers of padding, it takes a long time to dry. Machine Washing is recommended but air dry only; no machine dryer. It’s good to separate the waterproof backing from the padding, as you’re drying. I use a pole to separate the two layers so that Air can get between the waterproof layer and the cloth absorbent layers. I would buy it again.Just takes a little extra planning on drying it.

I used these for my elderly dog who recently past. I had puppy pads inside because he couldn't go out anymore so these belly bands were a life saver. They are very absorbant and stay in place for overnight security. They are also sturdy and I was able to wash them on sanitize in my washer without losing absorption. If you have an older dog who had accidents at night I would highly recommend these. Used on 25 pound mini schnauzer.

Our 16 year old shitzu is very happy with these - actually I am the most happy - no more cleaning up pee- but I am washing diapers in the washing machine like I have a 6 month old

I have an elder beagle. We use at night and when we are gone. The pads work wonderfully. When washing I put absorbing portion out and make sure the Velcro sections are attached. The dog never showed signs of discomfort.

We have a male St. Bernard who weighs 156lbs, so hunting down something to fit our husky boy was a chore. I loved how well made these were and the optional extender was a wonderful addition, but sadly still not large enough to secure the wrap in place on our beastly boy. He loves to sleep on his back, Superman style, and rolls around a LOT at night- there's no way it would've stayed put on him. I also worried that the velcro would just fill with dog hair and be rendered useless. Snaps would've been preferable. I had to return them, but wanted giant breed parents to know what we experienced as not many items are made for these big, loveable floofballs.

These are a nice quality belly band. The material is soft with no irritating inside seams. You do need to measure your dogs girth in order for them to fit correctly. They come 3 to a pack which makes them a good value. They will hold a fairly thick pad in place. My one suggestion is to get a pair of suspenders to hold them in place. Depending on your dogs body type they may fall down or off without suspenders.
