Yes! My 11 year old dog was suddenly incontinent. No UTI, no bladder infection. Vet shrugged. We tried baby diapers, but it was such a waste: when we took it off so she could go outside to pee, it was then ripped and couldn't be reused. I bought these and another brand. These (large) fix her so perfectly!! Even laying down on the bed, she left no wet spots when she had an accident in her sleep. Then a retired vet friend recommended hormone therapy for estrogen-loss related incontinence, and voila! no more accidents. My 9 year old dog has accidents as well (behavioural issue), and these also fit her very well, so i'm still getting my money's worth. They wash beautifully and are easy to take on and off. As a side benefit, they are cute as snot on her!

Fit well.Easy to wash (I throw them in the dryer inside out on low heat)Not really leak proof if you have an active dog.I bought diaper pads to add longevity between washes.If your dog decides to poop while wearing this diaper there is a 50/50 chance most will get out and a nugget will get caught in there so there's that.

These worked well for our shih tzu when she was in heat. She is a larger shih tau so the medium was better. I paired these with PawPang disposable pads which made the whole process easier. These hand washed well with a little detergent and hydrogen peroxide (this is essential!) for any "spots" or extra places. She actually looked kind of cute with the ruffles in an unchosen time!

Works great for little accidents when our little puppy (typically well house broken) gets sooo excited when new people visits that she needs some protection ( and so do we!). Well made, launders well and with hand to dry looks good as new.

Used these for a 35# female dog in heat. Purchased a large and fit was perfect because of sturdy Velcro tabs that don’t open until you release them. Recycled 3 packages (9) through wearing phase, soiled, and laundry. No leakage on furniture or floors. Surprisingly, my dog did not fuss with these in place. The diapers wash and dry beautifully and the fabric is of high quality with ample padding in the crotch. Lifesavers and worth every penny!

These are super cute!! I wish they fit better. We have a corgi so she is small. I went by the size chart and it said medium. It fits good around the waist, but it slides down as soon as she walks around. When it’s pulled up, it’s around the bigger part of her belly, then slides down to her hips and the tail hole is now lower than her tail. We use these for when she’s in heat, and they seem to absorb more than others we’ve had before, although we still add extra pads. Maybe a smaller size would have worked better.
