After 45 years my late Washburn'70s Lawsuit Era W250 has found the perfect home. It's like sliding a piston into a cylinder making for a snug fit. Plenty of Headroom where I get to keep my digital tuner attached to it. Apply slight pressure when closing the lid makes for a snug fit also. My baby ain't bouncing around no more. The latches work excellently but the handle one end of it wiggles and the other is fixed solid, I guess I have to take the good with the bad. I can have that work done if the time comes. Came with a cheesy key for one of the latches which I will never use. Overall I now have a guitar case that compliments the Prestige of my '70s W250 dreadnought that was manufactured with no serial number on the Washburn label making it probably a prototype or sample guitar of the time. The most beautiful sounding guitar I ever owned.

I bought this for a new Washburn Grand Auditorium guitar and wanted the proper case for it. This is it - it fits like a glove and is a very well-built, professional looking guitar case. There are no visible imperfections. I have bought Washburn guitars before and have always felt that they are great value for the money; my guitar deserves the case built for it.

It seems that I ran into the same problem as another reviewer. The body of my Washburn WCG25SCE fit perfectly, but the case is so far out of alignment with the neck that the headstock does not fit into the case. The image here is actually with the body in perfect alignment with the case and this is as far as the guitar will go do to the neck section of the case so far out of alignment. (Yes, I checked the guitar to confirm that the neck is actually straight.)Based on other reviews, it seems like you get a good one or a lemon. I certainly wish Washburn's quality control with their cases is as good as it is with their guitars. This case is getting returned.

It's supposed to be gold felt and gold colored buckles but they are silver and inside is black. Luckily my son doesn't care but I would be if it were for me.

The case is one of the nicest guitar cases I have ever laid eyes on! The material is very fine!, Fits my guitar like a glove! This case would easily protect your guitar as you move it from a warm building to a cold car! It's a nice case, plush lining. IT even has a key!! Very happy with this case, and I own a lot of guitars, including a White Falcon! This Washburn case, is the nicest, most posh case I own.
